- Share your meal plans and pasalubong tips

- No posting content you didn't create
- No spam, self-promotion without value, or irrelevant content
- No harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
- No explicit, violent, or dangerous content
- No sharing personal information of others
- No selling or trading within the community

## Consequences
Violations may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent ban. You can appeal moderation decisions through your profile.

## Reporting
Use the Report button on any post, comment, or profile that violates these guidelines.
